What are we looking for?

Application support Actimize application AML products by monitoring, incident, problem, change management and prevention of potential application errors
Development of the Operations Engineering End-to-End Dashboard
Creation of documents, e.g. Operating manuals, according to the bank processes and guidelines

What you need to bring:

3+ years of experience in operating Actimize (SAM-R, SAM-C) and Anti-Money Laundering processes
Service support processes (Incident, Problem, Change management)
Good knowledge with Automic (UC4), SQL (incl. MS SQL, PostgreSQL), SAS
Knowledge and experience with application debugging and root cause analysis
Audit-proof documentation (GIT, DASY, Jira and Confluence)
Fluent in English
