We are looking for a professional with AI Engineer skills to join our technical team and work on innovative and challenging projects in the areas of AI agent development, data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

You will work on LLM-based architecture and RAG, MCP, and A2A patterns to build complex agentic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain solutions that support advanced artificial intelligence use cases.

What are we looking for?

Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring correct implementation of use cases
Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and chatbots orchestrated through LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, or equivalent tools
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using PySpark or Apache Spark
Implement data integration, ingestion, and transformation flows in cloud environments, including through APIs
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights
Manage data quality, performance, and compliance from a governance perspective
Create data models tailored to the identified use cases

And if you meet the following criteria

2+ years of experience in the role of AI Engineer
Experience with Prompt Engineering
Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API/SDK)
Experience with generative AI technology stacks: LangChain and LangGraph
Experience with cloud AI environments (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI)
Experience with PySpark (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Apache Spark
Strong experience with Python, Java, and SQL
Curiosity, a solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for data and AI
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (scikit-learn, MLflow, etc.) and predictive models is nice to have
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is nice to have
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, or workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, etc.) is nice to have
Experience with Copilot Studio is nice to have
Fluent English
