What are we looking for?

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements for customer insights and analytics, translating them into effective strategies using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Configure and implement Customer Insights to help clients create a unified customer profile by aggregating data from multiple sources, including CRM, social media, and other third-party applications
Design and build customer segments, targeting strategies, and personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement and retention
Monitor and analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business outcome
Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use Customer Insights features and capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of customer strategies and data integration efforts
Deliver high-quality documentation and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and campaign results for stakeholders

What you need to bring:

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, including setup, configuration, integration of Office 365, and optimization
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, customer journey mapping, and analytics
Experience with data integration, data modeling, and working with relational databases is preferred
Fluent in English
