What are we looking for?
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements for customer insights and analytics, translating them into effective strategies using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Configure and implement Customer Insights to help clients create a unified customer profile by aggregating data from multiple sources, including CRM, social media, and other third-party applications
- Design and build customer segments, targeting strategies, and personalized experiences to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business outcome
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use Customer Insights features and capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of customer strategies and data integration efforts
- Deliver high-quality documentation and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and campaign results for stakeholders
What you need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, including setup, configuration, integration of Office 365, and optimization
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, customer journey mapping, and analytics
- Experience with data integration, data modeling, and working with relational databases is preferred
- Fluent in English
