Junior CRM Analyst (Salesforce)

What are we looking for?

• Support the CRM team with data extraction, analysis and reporting activities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics)
• Assist in building and optimizing analytics queries using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
• Support business stakeholders with reporting requests and data insights
• Work with BI/analytics tools such as Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support CRM and business reporting initiatives

And if you meet the following criteria

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
• Understanding or hands-on experience with SAQL
• Ability to write SQL
• Experience or knowledge of Business Intelligence Strategytools (formerly MicroStrategy)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• English proficiency, both written and spoken
