What are we looking for?
Contract Confirmation:
- Contract signature maintenance: process contract signature, send status report on weekly and monthly basis
- Contract confirmation: understand business flow, review contractual terms & check fields populated in the system
- Support on front office system for users’ questions & base data maintenance
Reporting:
- Liaise daily with Trading, Hedge desk, WSMD, Execution, Risk Management and General Accounting Departments
- Run daily controls and processes to ensure data quality in the front systems
Additional Tasks:
- Ensure that pricing orders from clients/traders are properly executed, confirmed and booked in the system
- Maintain pricings in the system for physical contracts and allocate the corresponding hedges
- Gather daily pricing orders and send the final one to IB desk
- Prepare the order for AVG trades at the beginning of the month
- Follow-up FX exposure related to physical contracts (prices, premiums) and ensure its properly hedged
- Assist the finalization team with the confirmation of final pricing
- Contribute to process improvements, implement reconciliations, and provide regular feedback to current practices and how to adapt to evolving business
And if you meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years in a finance role or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, high literacy in Excel
- Attention to details/rigorous
- Organized & autonomous
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with MS Office
