What are we looking for?

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, execution failures and production incidents
Perform unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Monitor automated processes and implement enhancements to improve performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

And if you meet the following criteria

2–3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Hands-on experience with the Automation Anywhere platform
Understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and automation best practices
Experience working with APIs, databases, Excel automation, web applications and desktop applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
