SAP Finance Support Analyst

What are we looking for?
- Timely respond to questions, email communication and support SAP Key users
- Investigate and resolve tickets (incidents & requests)
- Analyze, identify and address the root cause for the repetitive issues
- Assess, complete and reassign tickets that require deeper expertise (documented with function/technical analysis)
- Continuously deep dive in business processes to enrich knowledge and expertise
- Perform/support functional tests (User Acceptance Tests, Non-Regression Tests)
- Ensure the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner
And if you meet the following criteria:
- Experience with SAP Finance and Accounting and SAP users support
- Experience working with the Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally) is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English
