SAP Finance Support Analyst

  • Timely respond to questions, email communication and support SAP Key users
  • Investigate and resolve tickets (incidents & requests)
  • Analyze, identify and address the root cause for the repetitive issues
  • Assess, complete and reassign tickets that require deeper expertise (documented with function/technical analysis)
  • Continuously deep dive in business processes to enrich knowledge and expertise
  • Perform/support functional tests (User Acceptance Tests, Non-Regression Tests)
  • Ensure the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner
  • Experience with SAP Finance and Accounting and SAP users support
  • Experience working with the Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally) is a strong advantage
