What are we looking for?
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Work with Project Manager/Product Owner to develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment
- Understand business needs and requirements and help turn those goals into tangible deliverables including projects and detailed proposals, requirements specifications and design deliverables
- Participate in all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, potential training and deployment
- Review policies periodically and make best practice recommendations
- Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize the value and return on investment of their solution
- Audit data and modules as needed
- Educate Customer as a ServiceNow Evangelist
And if you meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy ServiceNow
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Knowledge of other IT service management tool suites, such as those provided by BMC, HP and IBM Tivoli
- Certified ServiceNow System Administration – preferred
- Fluent in English and German
