What are we looking for?

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze ITOM requirements, understanding their business processes and infrastructure
Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Orchestration
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific ITOM requirements, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT systems and business applications to create a seamless and integrated environment
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on the use and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Document all aspects of implemented solutions, including configurations, integrations, and custom developments
Stay current with ServiceNow ITOM features, updates, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful ITOM implementations

What you need to bring:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with a focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (nice to have)
Strong understanding of ITIL principles
Fluency in English
