Support Analyst Data Integration

What are we looking for?

• Responsible for daily operations and monitoring activities of the data integration platforms (ESB/ ETL based)
• Manage support activities for data integration solutions
• Manage changes, new requirements and documentation of your solutions
• Make proposals and provide information in order to support decision
• Ensure the documentation of the solutions is up to date
• Availability for on-call support when needed

And if you meet the following criteria

• At least 1 year of experience with Interface/Middleware solutions
• Experience in IT environment/application support
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and message flows
• Knowledge of MS Azure Cloud administration
• Knowledge of MS AKS administration
• Experience with global orchestration and automation tool
• Microsoft O365 package skills
• Ability to understand architecture principles and implement them
• Be self-sufficient and autonomous
• Good collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Talend and/or Webmethods is a plus
• Experience with ITIL methodology – Incident, Problem, Change and Request
