  • Experience in dealing with high volume complex administrative issues within a highly regulated environment
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Present market overview, talent potential and recruitment capabilities to hiring managers (internal and external)
  • Receive and maintain a plan with the recruitment projects
  • Establish, maintain and develop relationship with the candidate pool by being brand ambassador of Synergyc
  • Able to successfully navigate an ever-changing process
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant Recruitment experience, preferably in a medium to large multinational company/organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Details oriented
  • Fluency in English
  • Tech savvy is a plus
