  • Trade reconciliation – Quality of data in our systems, along with the Front Office team investigate any differences and fix them
  • Future settlement and Margin call of both base and precious metals book
  • Optimize broker credit lines utilization
  • Margin optimization via clearing and OTC solutions
  • Analyse commodities derivatives book and provide daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to Front Office and Management
  • Work closely with accounting and treasury, ensure timely payment and proper records in the ERP
  • Handle the Forex reconciliation and settlement in due time – FX Spot, Forward, Swap deals
  • On a weekly basis, analyze the outstanding physical positions per bank and arrange relevant transfer of hedges under Tripartite Agreements with Brokers
  • Assist Financing team with various physical position reports – Shared with IXM bank partners
  • Intercompany reconciliations, payments processing, monthly invoicing
  • Projects coordination: analysis and improvement of existing processes/reports; system improvements, including back-office tool review
  • Supervise processes and technical tasks, write, and maintain policies/procedures
  • Broker Relationship Management, both Clearing and OTC, together with commercial/legal review assistance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or international trade
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Derivatives in a back office or middle office position
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of responsivity
  • Able to prioritize tasks and handle assignments in an organized way
  • Strong motivation to learn and quick to adapt to corporate environment
  • Good communicator with proactive attitude

  • Technical skills: in-depth knowledge of database analysis and programming (SQL, SAS, Python). Well-versed in the SAS Viya 4.0 application for the development and implementation of data analysis solutions. Additional experience in automating process controls/job scheduling with automation software (UC4) would be an advantage
  • Professional skills: knowledge/experience in compliance issues such as the detection of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions in the banking environment
