What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled Data/AI Specialist to drive the innovation of our Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) capabilities. This role is central to our mission of automating complex end-to-end forecasting tasks and deploying intelligent, agentic AI workflows. You will work at the intersection of advanced machine learning and strategic financial operations, ensuring that our AI solutions are scalable, reliable and deeply integrated into global business processes.

• Analyze and document data flows and feature engineering pipelines; write technical specifications and perform model validation and testing
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic AI systems (e.g., LLM-based agents, autonomous workflows, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks), with the ability to design, evaluate and deploy intelligent agents that automate end-to-end FP&A tasks
• Apply project management best practices to manage model development cycles, experiments, timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to the deployment, monitoring and sustainment of data science solutions in production environments
• Prepare documentation for models, data pipelines and AI components, ensuring clarity and long-term maintainability
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users, analysts and support teams on AI-driven functionalities
• Support global rollouts of ML/AI solutions with a strong product mindset, ensuring consistency, scalability and adoption across markets
• Collaborate with 3rd-party providers, engineering teams and internal data hubs to troubleshoot, improve and maintain AI solutions
• Continuously explore and assess innovative AI/ML technologies relevant to FP&A and advanced forecasting (e.g., generative AI, time-series modeling, MLOps)
• Coordinate with vendor partners to implement industry best practices in algorithmic performance, model reliability and cloud-based AI deployment

And if you meet the following criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, AI or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, ideally in financial planning, forecasting or large-scale analytics environments
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques, time-series modeling and modern ML/AI approaches used in planning (e.g., gradient boosting, deep learning, probabilistic forecasting)
• Solid understanding of supply chain and FP&A concepts (e.g., demand planning, budgeting, S&OP) is a strong plus
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, optimization and simulation using tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SAS or similar
• Expertise in feature engineering, data pipelines and handling large, complex datasets (structured & unstructured)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), MLOps frameworks, model monitoring and CI/CD for ML
• Strong SQL skills; experience with SQL Server, MySQL or cloud databases
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI or equivalents) to support model explainability and business storytelling

The role is for a CI/CD cluster and is responsible for the development and provision of services in the area of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration and Agile Quality Assurance. Focus is on providing automated deployment environments, customized delivery pipelines, test automation tools and expertise, as well as onboarding services to other projects within the Bank sector.

The goal is to drive the standardization and simplification of testing practices across the organization.

What are we looking for?

As Senior Test Automation Consultant with AI focus, you will consult and support delivery teams in analysing, improving and scaling test automation landscape across projects and clusters.

You will assess current automation setups, identify challenges and inefficiencies and propose practical, scalable solutions by combining modern test automation frameworks, CI/CD practices and AI-driven approaches.

You will work hands-on together with the teams, supporting them from initial assessment through implementation and adoption. You will guide them in selecting and using the most suitable test automation tools, frameworks, test environments and test data solutions, while also introducing and enabling AI-supported testing approaches.

Main tools and skills needed for Senior Test Automation Consultant with AI:

• Test Automation Expertise (hands-on) – designing and implementing automation frameworks, defining best practices, improving maintainability and scalability
• Playwright/Selenium – practical experience in UI/API automation including framework setup, execution and reporting
• AI in Testing – experience in applying AI to test automation (tokenization, context engineering, test generation, optimization, analysis, support of AI agents)
• CI/CD Pipelines – integration of automated tests into delivery pipelines, configuration and optimization
• Test Automation Frameworks – deep understanding of architecture patterns and framework design
• Test Environments – understanding of environments, service virtualization and dependencies
• Test Data Provisioning – managing test data and supporting stable test execution

Main Tasks:

• Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Analysing and assessing test automation landscape in projects and clusters
• Consulting Leads and teams in definition and improvement of test automation strategies
• Consulting on selection and implementation of automation frameworks and tools
• Supporting integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting usage of test environments and test data
• Designing and executing proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solutions, especially AI-driven approaches
• Introducing and promoting AI-supported testing approaches, including test generation, analysis/optimization and support for AI agents
• Developing and providing reusable assets, such as templates, framework components, best practices and documentation
• Driving adoption and standardization of test automation practices, including trainings, demos, community contributions and cross-team collaboration

And if you meet the following criteria

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, maintaining and improving scalable automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools in real projects – Playwright/Selenium
• Practical experience applying AI in testing (POCs or productive usage, e.g. test generation, analysis, support of AI agents)
• High knowledge in Test Automation Frameworks & Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Integration of automated tests into pipelines and optimization of execution
• Good understanding of environments, dependencies, virtualization and data provisioning
• Ability to analyze complex setups and propose working solutions

• Proven experience on global IT project environments

The role of Senior SAP SD (Downstream) Specialist is responsible for delivery of business applications support services (incidents, changes, problems & system enhancements delivery) and improving the core practices and documentation for SAP Sales & Distribution (Downstream processes: Sales Order, Outbound Delivery, Invoices, Credit Management, etc.) domain and related interfaces with partner systems.

What are we looking for?

• Timely respond to tickets and support SAP Key users in the area of expertise
• Investigate and resolve tickets (incidents & requests) with high quality
• Monitor related SAP interfaces and solve or address the errors encountered
• Be an expert in SAP Finance business processes and deep knowledge of how the solution works (E2E: Downstream processes: Sales & Distribution)
• Have expert knowledge of how to run SAP Sales & Distribution processes, tables and system configurations
• Interact with the user to collect business requirements, discover more complex issues, explain complex SAP functional & technical rules, and present resolution explanation
• Identifies, initiates and solves problems using analysis, experience and judgment
• Solve complex functional or technical topics + perform detailed ITC/NRT testing
• Deep dive and solve problems, by addressing the root cause, elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents
• Apply complex SAP customizations (bug fixes & configuration changes), perform extensive testing and maintain solution documentation

• University degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business school or equivalent
• 5+ years of SAP IT support/delivery experience with SAP Sales & Distribution
• Strong experience in SAP IT application support and delivery in SAP SD module, including: incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, delivering system enhancements and working with ABAP Developers
• S4 HANA & FIORI experience
• Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems (iDocs/XML messages)
• Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP CO, MM & SD)
• Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA)
• Fluent English and German
